Ten members attended the online EFDF Congress on January 26, 2022. President Hermand reported that the new EFDF Statutes had been approved at the Extraordinary Congress on November 17th, 2021 and that EFDF had been officially registered in Austria on December 13th, 2021.

The main agenda topic of Congress was the election of the EFDF Board. The following positions had only one candidate each and they were elected unanimously with one abstention:

• President: Haude Hermand
• First Vice-President: Lars Schmäh
• Vice-President: Gerhard Petz
• Secretary: Ulrike Lehmann
• EUF representative: Heidi Pekkola
• EDGF representative: Frank Hellstern

There were two candidates for the At-large Board member position: Willis Bruckermann, Jakub Kostel.

Willis Bruckermann was elected with six votes in favor, two votes for Jakub Kostel and two abstentions.

Congress also elected two Auditors : Thomas Griesbaum and Frederic Risse.
